For enhanced security purposes, IHS Staff no longer have access to student passwords, which means that we won't be able to tell you what it is. However, we can reset your password to a temporary password and you will then be able to log in and change it for yourself. Ask your classroom teacher to reset your password for you, as this is the fastest way to get back online.
If you have a sub or your teacher is unavailable for some reason, you can contact the Learning Commons staff for assistance (kim.simshauser@sccpss.com or jeffrey.marks@sccpss.com ).
Go to the SCCPSS "Family and Students" page. Locate the "Student/Parent Tools" Menu and click on "Password Reset Registration"
2. The Microsoft Sign in Window will come up. Enter your school email address (your.name@students.sccpss.com)
3. After you've put in your email address, it will kick you over to the SCCPSS sign in - you'll then enter your school email address and password.
4. Once you are in your account, a screen will come up asking you to select at least one way to authenticate your account. Most students will use their phone, but you can also use a personal email address or personal security questions. Select one, and set it up.
5. Depending on your choice, you will be asked to verify (the system will call you and send a code to make sure it's you if you selected phone, or will send a code to your email to verify). Once that's done, you can use the Self-Service Password Reset (which is on the Family and Students web page under Student/Family Tools) to reset your password securely, anytime you need it!
