We request your input on the Santa Clara County Office of Education/Opportunity Youth Academy Local Control Accountability Plans Annual Survey. This survey is designed to give parents, students, staff, and community members a voice in improving our schools and programs. We will continue to find ways to increase academic excellence and support for all students. The survey results will help us determine the goals, actions, and budget priorities for our county office student programs. Please access the link below.
