Tuition & FeeS Schedule

There is a limited number of seats available, students must fully commit to and engage in the program for an entire school year to reserve a spot.
Please note that the registration processing fee, and commitment fee per student is non-refundable.
All program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including illness or personal vacation. All courses are subject to cancellation or changes.
Tuition payment plans are NOT reduced or pro-rated further due to scheduled closures, absences, illness or vacation. In addition, there is NO reduction fee and makeup days for absences, illness or vacation.

PROGRAM FEES

If families submit the online application for the upcoming school year by 11:59 pm on April 15, 2025 and make the full payment before 5:30 pm on April 20, 2025, they will qualify for a $45 Early Bird Discount per student. If payment is not received by this deadline, the discount will be cancelled and taken off the family account.

Given the limited number of available seats, enrollment is contingent upon a full-year commitment and active participation. A commitment fee, which will be deducted from your subsequent tuition installments, is payable at the time of registration to secure your spot.

For additional students within the same family, A $45 Sibling Discount is applied to the Student's tuition fee.

TUITION FEEs installment payment plan

Please note that opting to split the tuition payments into a monthly installments plan incurs no additional fees. You can make the payment instantly online by Credit Card or eCheck. There is no extra charge for online payments.

Tuition Installment Payment Plan

1) The Program Registration Processing Fee, Commitment Fee, and August are due upon issuance of the invoices.

Once this fee is paid, the student's seat in the class is confirmed and guaranteed.

2) Installment Monthly Payment schedule that repeats monthly from September to May

The payment method on file will be automatically charged for the remaining recurring monthly payment starting Sept 1st.

Withdrawal

Terms and Conditions:

Kindly forward any student withdrawal requests, along with the reason for quitting, to reg@sccca.org. Withdrawals based on the policy outlined below will be handled swiftly once your request is received.

Given the limited number of seats, students are required to fully commit to and actively engage in the program for the entire academic year to ensure their spot. NO MAKE-UP CLASSES will be provided at any other time during the school year. If an early withdrawal becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, you must inform the school of the cancellation of the student's final upcoming month of attendance. A withdrawal requested during the current month will take effect in the subsequent month, and the tuition fees will not be prorated, and missing attendance will be marked as Absent in the class by the teacher. The student tuition installment payment plan will be canceled for the family account. The automatic payment for installments will be deactivated in the upcoming month.

*Kindly note that the registration processing fee, and the Commitment is not refundable. On or before the first day, the textbooks and materials must be returned in new condition, with no writing, soiling, or damage.
