Enrollment starts March 15, 2025. Enrollment in the program is open only to students in kindergarten through grade 8 for the Fall of 2025.
A limited number of seats are available. All students are required to fully commit to and actively engage in the program for the entire school year to ensure their spot. NO MAKE-UP CLASSES will be provided at any other time during the school year. If an early withdrawal becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, please refer to the detailed refund policy.
If families submit the online application for the upcoming school year by 11:59 pm on April 15, 2025 and make the full payment before 5:30 pm on April 20, 2025, they will qualify for a $45 Early Bird Discount per student. If payment is not received by this deadline, the discount will be cancelled and taken off the family account.
For additional students within the same family, A $45 Sibling Discount is applied to the Student's tuition fee.
Current students who have submitted their enrollment application by 11:59 pm on April 15, 2025 and paid their tuition fees before 5:30 pm on April 20, 2025, will guarantee a spot in their class. From April 21, 2025, onwards, following a first-come-first-served policy, for both current and new students, seats in the classes will be allocated to students based on the order in which their tuition fees are paid, there is no guarantee that current students, or new students will secure a spot in any class.
Upon submitting your admission application online, you will receive an email confirmation. An invoice will be emailed to you by the school within 5 business days after you submit the application online. If you have not received an email invoice within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or login to your school account at www.sccca.org to access the invoice. (Sign in to Sycamore -> My Accounting -> Summary). You can make the payment instantly online by Credit Card or eCheck. There is no extra charge for online payments. The step-by-step instructions are available at https://sites.google.com/sccca.org/paymentmethodssycamore.
Your enrollment will remain pending until the school has received the payment. Students' seat assignments are determined by the order in which tuition fees are received. If a class reaches maximum capacity, the school will inform you after payment has been received. You have the option to be placed on a waitlist.
Parents of new kindergarten and first grade students are required to provide the school office with the student's birth certificate or passport for age verification. Kindergarten students must reach five years old by September 1, 2025, while first graders must be six years old by the same date.
All new students are required to complete the Student Learning Background Survey to assist us in placing your child in the appropriate class.

Class Changes
Students may submit a request to the Curriculum Department to change classes via email to reg@sccca.org. For changes in class levels, students must undergo an assessment. Undergoing an assessment does not guarantee a class level change. Class changes are dependent on class availability. Class changes must be submitted to the school office and not to the teachers.
For class changes after the first day of class, the school will charge a $25 fee for each class change, unless the change is recommended by the teacher.
The school has the right to cancel classes with fewer students than anticipated.
For further inquiries related to Registration and Enrollment, please contact us at reg@sccca.org
The school reserves the right to make revisions to these policies as necessary.
