During our math framework, children will start with "number corner" where we focus on skills such as calendar, days of school, counting to 100, identifying numerals and shapes, counting by 5s and 10s, and addition/subtraction.  This time is followed by a large group lesson and practice.  We then break out into our math work places where kids work in small groups on various skills.  They will also meet with Mrs. Huftel to work on specific skills a few times per week.
