What is the Peer Tutoring Program?
The program is a way for A-School students to take ownership of their education through collaboration. The program has a team of A-School student tutors that are paired with A-Schoolers who need extra support or reinforcement in their academic classes. Beyond just going to teachers for extra help, this is a way to embrace A-School values where peers work together. This program also provides more flexibility for extra help during times when their teachers may not be free (before school, after school, and on weekends). Led by Ryan Shedroff '27, Tyler Korsten '27, and Kaity Shedroff '27, our mission is to help provide a platform for student leadership, ownership, and independence through peer-to-peer collaboration, helping members of our community achieve the skills they need to succeed in their respective courses.
