Music on the Lawn

Music on the Lawn is a performance opportunity open to all students. Requirements include completing a sign-up sheet approved by a family signature and a formal audition.

Communication about Music on the Lawn is as follows:

1. Sign-Up opens: this is announced in general music classes, over the morning announcements, and a sign-up sheet is posted on the music bulletin board.

2. Students return their sign-up sheet by the posted due date

3. Students receive an invitation letter to sign up

4. Students who are accepted receive a formal letter of congratulations with details about the performance event.

5. ***Families cannot sign up their child. It is part of a performer's responsiblity to understand how to sign up for auditions. The process is made accessible to all students, including those in Kindergarten.
