The screening will be followed by parent discussions and sharing of ways to support our community.

This introductory session offers parents practical strategies for managing device time at home. Join fellow parents in the community to share and learn how to help children develop better self-regulation, set effective boundaries, and create a family plan that works for everyone.
Participants will discover ways to promote healthy device use, including setting realistic expectations and utilizing built-in tools, allowing them to collaborate with their child. The session will also highlight future workshops in the Family Forum that cover related topics, enabling parents to explore these areas more deeply if they choose.
