Coding

What is coding?

Language teaches students how to communicate and strengthens both verbal and and written skills. Students should be exposed to different languages at an early age. It helps them better understand the world around. Coding has a language all its own. What better way for our students to understand why and how the technology around them operates then by learning to code and speaking to the technology around them. Coding is a skill set that students could use for a future career in a world that has a shortage of skilled coders and programmers. Coding can also help students in other subject areas too. Coding can improve skills like communication, perseverance and problem-solving. It also fosters creativity and builds confidence.
