The dissertation workshop is one of the core components of the Nature-Society Workshop. Graduate student dissertation chapters-in-progress will be workshopped collectively by faculty and postdocs, with the opportunity for other graduate students to also provide feedback. These workshops will take place in Tillett Hall during two 45-minute blocks on Saturday, October 12th. The general format will be: 5-minute paper introduction, 10-minute feedback from each faculty/post-doc discussant, 10-minute group discussion.
All dissertation chapter drafts are available in this folder. Graduate students and others who are not official discussants are welcome to read and provide feedback in the group discussion component of the workshop. However, please remember that these are dissertation chapter drafts and should NOT be reproduced or distributed in any way.
