112 calls can be answered not only in Czech, but also in English, German, Polish, Russian and

French with the help of a translating software.

155 – emergency number for ambulance services – operator will order an ambulance to the address

provided and will support you over the phone to address the medical issue until professional help arrives.

Call for an ambulance to come to your residence or location in the city.

Be prepared to pay for transport upon service rendered.

Throughout Prague there are many neighbourhood pharmacies that have a wide range of products.

All have pharmacists on staff to assist you with your prescriptions or answer questions about store products.
