1) Find your friends from the same event that you are taking part in.
2) Select one representative (student-in-charge) to collate all the apparel sizes for that particular activity.
3) Fill in the apparel loaning form (below) one week before your date of collection.
1. Please submit only ONE request form if there is a student-in-charge for the event (e.g. Ylead, SSEF). Student-in-charge is to BULK ORDER for those who need apparel within the event committee. Individual requests will not be entertained.
2. Please submit this form ONE week before the date of collection and last minute request will not be entertained. You will be informed by the student councillor if your request is not approved.
3. Please only collect your apparel from the SC room on
Monday mornings:7:45am-8:40am
Thursday mornings 7:15am-7:40am
Monday & Thursday afternoons: 3:00pm-5:15pm.
If unable to make it on these few days, please fill in the form to arrange for an alternate date (However, Tuesdays will be unavailable)
4. Note that the phone number stated in the form may be shared and contacted by the next event student IC if there are any shortage of apparel of appropriate size.
1. Please wash the skirts/pants before returning. Students are not required to wash the blazers and ties. Students are not to alter the blazers in any way.
2. Apparels are to be returned within FIVE school days after the event. Your Teacher-in-charge will be contacted if blazers are not returned on time. If you need extension for returning the apparels, please contact the councillor in charge for your loan.
3. Gentle reminder that if the apparel is requested in bulk, please collect and return the apparel altogether.
4. Gentle reminder that the student IC is to keep track of the apparel number to ensure that all apparels are returned on time.
The following dress code is for the blazer attire:
- School Blazer with RV logo sewn on.
- White Long-sleeved Shirt/Blouse with first button buttoned when wearing the tie.
- School Tie with tip at waist level.
- Collar Pin to be pinned at same level as chest pocket.
- White Long Pants (For Male) / White Skirt (For Female)
- Black Leather Shoes (For Male) / Court Shoes (For Female)
- Black socks (For Male) to be worn above ankle / Skin-coloured stockings (For Female)
Q1. How do you know if the request for apparel loaning has been approved?
A1. A message will be sent out by the councillor-in-charge if the request is disapproved. Otherwise the request is approved.
Q2. What happens if you forget to collect your blazer on the collection day?
A2. Uncollected apparel within the stipulated time will be invalidated and be available for others to use.
Q3. When should you return the blazer after the event?
A3. All participants in the event will have to return their blazers by the fifth working day from the end of event.
Q4. What if you are are unable to return the blazer by the fifth working day after end of event?
A4. The respective IC has the role to inform the councillor in charge prior to the dateline and the councillor can arrange for returning dates within the seven working days.
