Filled to the brim positivity and enthusiasm, the JC Students' Council EXCO spearheads the JCSC's efforts to develop Collegiate Spirit and improve JC Students' Welfare.

Standing at the epitome of the RV student leadership network, the EXCO also aims to work together with the HSSC, various CCAs, and Academies - implementing positive changes in the school campus, and bring our RV family closer together.

The Care Division strives to gift our JC Students the care and encouragement they need to survive their tiring school life, providing a variety of welfare services and initiatives, 大家加油!

The Communications Division is the bridge between the Student Body and the School. Paying attention to what RVians have to say, it hopes to properly represent the wishes of the students and affect positive change in the school environment.

The House Division heads the JC House System, working towards developing a strong and vibrant Collegiate Spirit through exciting House activities.

The CCA Division works together with the various CCAs, Academies, and Interest Groups across the school, bringing together our RV family and developing our mutual support system.

A team of 4 passionate individuals who lead the High School Students' Council.

They guide and direct the HSSC, putting in effort to ensure the smooth running of the 3 Departments as well as making sure that every High School Councillor is passionate, well-developed and ready to serve!

Department of Social Relations (DSR) provides an effective bridge of communication between the student body and the Council, to foster better understanding of RVians' needs and to ultimately improve our school!

Department of Welfare and Services (DWS) aims to provide support for the student body by ensuring extensive network of welfare services for them & promote the spirit of care among RVians.

Department of School Spirit (DSS) comprises of a fun-loving team of councilors who hopes to bring joy to RVians through meaningful and exciting initiatives!
