PAWS To READ Therapy Dogs in the Library!

Welcome to PAWS To READ,  Monmouth Junction's newest Library Program that utilizes the calming effects of therapy dogs to allow learners of all ages to read to non-judgmental canine friends by their side!  PAWS To READ therapy dogs are provided by Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to training, evaluating, and qualifying handlers and their dogs as therapy dog teams.  Founded in 1999, Bright & Beautiful therapy dog teams provide services for children to help boost self-esteem, relieve anxiety, and provide unconditional support for students of all ages.  We are thrilled to have our students participate in this wonderful program offered in the Library during Recess!
