Day 1: Create a schedule
Making a schedule helps manage your time and reduce stress
Day 2: Go outside
Enjoy nature and take a walk outside to relax your mind.
Day 3: Talk to parents
Spend a few minutes to talk to your parents about your day. Talking about your feelings reduces stress.
Day 4: Journal Thoughts
Write down your feelings and thoughts into a notebook to release your emotions.
Day 5: Take a long Shower
Taking a long shower can help calm down your mind and it helps your muscles relax.
Day 6: Listen to music
Reduces levels of cortisol leading to a calmer state of mind. Reduces feelings of stess.
Day 7: Take a break
Spend at least an 30 minutes on yourself, doing anything you want to do.
Day 8: Spend time with friends
Go out and enjoy with your friends. Have some fun!
Day 9: Put devices away
Being on electronic devices tend to take up lots of mental energy, adding to the stress you feel.
Day 10: Eat healthy
Putting good food in your body will provide your brain the nutrients it needs to properly function
Day 11: Clean your room
Being in a clean environment can help your mind to think clearly and feel less pressured.
Day 12: Try Therapy
Therapy is a great tool to declutter your mind and let go of the stress you feel.
Day 13: Meditation
Spend at least 15 minutes meditating to clear up your mind and enter a calm state of peace.
Day 14: Smile at yourself
Sometimes giving yourself a quick smile can help provide positivity and motivation.
Day 15: Don't drink Coffee
Try to go through the whole day without intaking any caffeine.
Day 16: Take A Nap
Take a break in the middle of the day with a nap.
Day 17: Read a book
When you have some free time take 15 - 30 minutes to read your favorite book.
Day 18: Treat Yourself with Kindness
Try to be kind to yourself and take some time off to be kind to yourself.
Day 19: Take a Self-Care Day
Try to take a day to drink water and take care of yourself one day.
Day 20: Watch a Movie
Take some time out for your schedule to take a break and watch a movie.
Day 21: Try a cooking class
When your craving a good, healthy meal, try to attend a cooking class to make yourself a meal.
Day 22: Drink Water
Make sure you take time out of your day to drink some water.
Day 23: Try Gardening
When you are free, take some time out to garden and plant some vegetables.
Day 24: Try Drawing
When you are stressed out, try to draw to calm yourself.
Day 25: Scrapbooking
Take extra papers, pictures, and make cool designs using your items.
Day 26: Try a relaxation technique
Try to visualize calming scenes or use guided imagery to relax.
Day 27: Take a break from news and socials
You can try to turn off your phone and give yourself a mental break.
Day 28: Sleep Early
Sleep early, try getting a minimum of 7-8 hours sleep.
Day 29: Self- Compassion
Try treating yourself with self-compassion exercises by treating yourself with kindness.
Day 30: Plan a day with your friends
Contact your friends, and ask them to hang out atplaces you enjoy.
Day 31: Volunteer somewhere
Often times, helping others with care can make you feel good!
