Communications Associate at World Central Kitchen.
In my current role I do community management for a nonprofit, which means I spend a lot of time scrolling Instagram, Twitter and Facebook responding to questions and engaging with our followers. Because the organization I work for is focused on feeding people in times of need, usually after natural disasters, many of the inquiries I respond to are from people asking where they can get food or wondering how they can donate or volunteer. I don't think this is the last role I'll ever want to have, but it's a good stepping stone in a direction I want to go, and I'm motivated each day by the amazing work World Central Kitchen is doing.
