• For college application transcript requests, speak with your counselor

• Mid year transcripts will be sent through SchooLinks to all colleges that indicate it is required. Once Semester 1 grades are finalized and available, transcripts will be sent.

Transcript or Diploma Requests for SBHS Alumni

Transcripts requests for any alumni should be done via SchooLinks. See instructions below:

If you need to request your official high school transcripts, our school district uses SchooLinks to process alumni requests. The process is quick and can be completed online by following these steps:

For all alumni:

Navigate to Transcripts: After saving your information, click on the "My Transcript" tab located at the top of your dashboard , and then click "Send official transcript".

Verify Your Identity: If this is your first time requesting a transcript as an alumnus, you will be prompted to complete a one-time ID verification. You will need to upload a single clear photo that includes both your face and a photo ID.

Select Destination: Once your identity is verified, select where you want your transcript to be sent (e.g., a specific college, NCAA, an email address, or a physical mailing address) to complete your request.
