Class Description
This course covers topics including but not limited to the following: ecology, molecules, cell structure and function, DNA and proteins, genetics, and evolution. Students will use science and engineering practices such as building models, constructing explanations, using mathematics and computational thinking, arguing from evidence, and communicating information in order to form an understanding of the natural world. Students will have the opportunity to participate in lab assignments, activities, and projects centered around the biological concepts taught.
