Scottsbluff Public Schools - Every Child, Every Day
Class Description
This one-semester course focuses on the social commentary provided by dystopian literature while enjoying the story stylings of authors such as Ray Bradbury, Aldous Huxley, Shirley Jackson, Ursula LeGuin and other well known dystopian authors. Dystopian literature aids us in critiquing our own society and looking critically at social structures and ideologies that lead to negative outcomes in the fictional literature.
