Scottsbluff Public Schools - Every Child, Every Day
As an Alumni of Scottsbluff Public Schools, it is great to be back to the district and living within the community. Following graduation from SHS, I attended Colby Community College in Kansas and was a member of the livestock judging team for two years. Following graduation, I returned to the area to work in an intensive agriculture production program for two years before completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming. I stayed at Wyoming for an additional two years to earn a Masters Degree and also taught all of the Pre-service teachers classes in Agricultural Mechanics. I was then employed by Kimball Public Schools for the following twelve years and also served as the FFA Advisor. in 2014, I was hired by Scottsbluff Senior High School as an Agriculture Educator and FFA Advisor, where I continue to enjoy working in the first two teacher agriculture education program in the State of Nebraska. I am married to Amber who works at Mitchell Valley Animal Hospital as a Certified Veterinary Technician. Our son, Creedon Coy, was born in June 2016 and we both enjoy spending time with him and seeing him grow. He has recently begun showing cattle which we all enjoy as a family. We have one dog and we both operate A-H Cattle Services of performing corrective hoof trimming on cattle and also prepare cattle for shows.
