I am very excited to be in my third year at Scottsbluff Public Schools and my 27th year of teaching! I truly enjoy working with English Learners at Scottsbluff High School and look forward to helping my students succeed this year. 

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education from Chadron State College and my English as a Second Language Endorsement from Wayne State College. Most recently, I earned my master's degree in Teaching English Learners from the American College of Education. Supporting English Learners is something I truly enjoy, and I love seeing students grow in their English skills, confidence, and independence. I am passionate about supporting students as they build their English skills, grow in confidence, and work toward their goals.

My husband and I have been married for 33 years, and we have three adult sons, two of whom are married, and five grandchildren. When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my family, relaxing on the patio, going on mini-adventures with my husband, and golfing.
