I am a Human Resource Management academic, researcher and trainer with 10+ years of experience across teaching, research, industry and behavioural training. My academic and professional interests span Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Training & Development, Labour Laws, Behavioural Management, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement and Sustainability.
Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at S.B. Patil Institute of Management, Pune, where I engage in teaching, research, student mentoring, institutional initiatives and professional development.
My approach to management education focuses on connecting theory with practice, encouraging critical thinking, experiential learning and application of management concepts to real-world organizational situations.

I am a Human Resource Management educator with a multidisciplinary academic and professional journey spanning academia, industry, research and training.
My journey in HR began with industry experience as an HR Executive, followed by teaching and academic roles across management institutions. I have been associated with S.B. Patil Institute of Management since August 2017 and have previously worked with Indira School of Business Studies, Allana Institute of Management Sciences and Poona Institute of Management Sciences & Entrepreneurship.
My academic philosophy is rooted in the belief that management education should go beyond textbooks. I strive to create classrooms where students question, explore, collaborate, reflect and apply concepts to organizational realities.
