Unit newsletters

Below are the newsletters over the new math unit we are learning about. Each newsletter also gives examples of what your child should be able to do by the end of the unit.  It gives math problems you can do with your child at home and questions to ask your child about what they are learning or have already learned.  Also, your child will bring home the book they have been working from when we are done with those units in class.  This is another great resource to pull out and review with your child.  You can open up to random pages and have them share what they did and their thinking for that particular activity.  There will be some lessons that we will not do at school.  It would be great for your child to do those lessons at home with you!
