Please donate to help support Project Graduation for our Senior Class end of year picnic. This is an important, well loved tradition at Stone Bridge and we want to make it as memorable as possible. We plan to have food, games, activities, and many "hot" raffle items!
Volunteer - URGENT NEED
We need lots of volunteers to set up, work the event, and clean up afterward.
The goal of Project Graduation is to celebrate Stone Bridge graduates in a safe and memorable way. The event is a way to come together one last time as a full class before graduation to celebrate. This year's event is a Senior Picnic, which will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 following graduation practice.
Project Grad is a "Pay it Forward" volunteer activity where we ask parents of underclass students to plan and volunteer for the event so that senior parents don't have to. We are currently looking for volunteers in many areas, including Food Committee Leads and Baby Photo Game Lead. Other volunteer needs are listed below. Please contact the Project Grad Committee to get involved.
Event Information
The Senior Picnic will start right after grad practice on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
The lanyard with your name and raffle tickets will be on your chair in the Auditorium during graduation practice.
The lanyard contains tickets for the raffles.
Everything at the picnic is FREE!
The event will be primarily inside but there will be some activities outside, but please be mindful that it's a teacher workday. Please don't wander around the building.
Prizes will be awarded starting at around 1:00pm in the auditorium. You must be present to win.
Keep your lanyard - you will need it to get food and play the games and activities.

Raffle Tickets
Make sure to put all of your raffle tickets in the buckets in the Auditorium before 12:30pm.
You will have one ticket for ice cream at the Hershey’s ice cream truck.
You may need a mobile device to play some games.
All raffles will be called starting at 1:00pm. You must be present in the auditorium to win.

If you have a question during the party, please look for committee members dressed in brightly covered "Beach Patrol" t-shirts. You can also contact one of these committee leads:

Evacuation Plan
In case of inclement weather such as thunderstorms, we will relocate to the auditorium. Please be alert and let us know if you see lightning.
