To start with, do as many as you can of each exercise.
Then set the timer and do as many as you can in 30 seconds or 1 Minute. Have a short break in between each activity and rotate through the different challenges.
As you get stronger go through and do each activity more than once so that you can spend 10 - 20 minutes being physically active doing body control activities. Try and do every day
Choose 2 different pieces of sports equipment and throw and catch
