One of the first things you should do before browsing the rest of the content here is to enrol.
Induction is a term often used to refer to the commencement week of the first academic term. However, you will find useful information under 'Induction' that will be of use throughout the year. Use the buttons below or the menu tab at the top of this site to navigate to your chosen topic.
As part of Induction, short online presentations will take place on Friday the 2nd of October via Zoom.

A Message from senior Lecturer Allan Dumbreck
Education - Covid-19
2020-21 will be a very different academic year. In 35 years of lecturing I have never known conditions and restrictions of this nature. Coronavirus has changed the way we live, work and teach. While we will endeavour to provide as many opportunities for you to work with fellow students and tutors on campus as is possible, it is likely that much of our module delivery will be online this year. Be assured that your tutors will work to ensure that your experience will be positive, creative and engaging.
Self-motivation is key. You must locate your learning materials on Moodle and take time to engage and absorb what they tell you. Staff will be available online to support you but your education is now your responsibility more than ever. Collectively we can overcome these difficulties and achieve a fulfilling experience for you as you progress. Together we can turn adversity into opportunity. I look forward to working with you towards a brighter future. Your future.
