RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD

UWS uses a self-service password reset service which enables you to reset your own password at any time. For improved security, you will be asked to provide answers to a series of questions which can then be used to verify your identity when resetting your password off-campus.

Please note, you will never be asked to disclose your password.

For Students:

• Go to passwordmanager.uws.ac.uk

• Select student password reset

• Enter student email address (b00xxxxxx@studentmail.uws.ac.uk)

• Follow instructions
