GENERATE CSV FILE FOR WHATSAPP GROUPS

To generate a WhatsApp group contact list, first select the desired course from the dropdown on the “Generate WhatsApp CSV” page and click Show Students. This will display all students enrolled in that course along with their phone numbers. Next, click Download CSV to save the file to your device. The CSV contains two columns: Name and Phone, with names formatted as SBSH1 Name, SBSH2 Name, etc., for easy identification. To create a WhatsApp group, import this CSV into your phone’s contacts using the default Contacts app or any CSV-import tool. Once the contacts are added, open WhatsApp, create a new group, and select the imported contacts to include them in the group. This ensures all course participants are added quickly and accurately.
