Several places may be asking for your transcripts: future employers, future colleges, car insurance agencies, etc. We are happy to send an official transcript on your behalf as long as you request it!

If you are needing your official high school transcript sent somewhere, please fill out this form. Your transcript will not be sent until you have paid the $2.00 Transcript Fee to Mrs. Hughes in the Counseling Center and completed the form.
