Field Trip Procedures

Title I funded field trips procedures:

1. Fill out Field Trip Proposal form

2.  Send proposal form to Erin Hyatt and Scott Michael.  Scott will approve the date and Erin will then move the field trip to School Site Council for approval.

3. Erin will inform you of approval and next steps (see below.)
