Ordering Live Specimens

You can locate the coupons inside your collaboration kits. The coupons include step-by-step instructions on how to order the live specimens. Please note that these coupons are one-time use only.

A few important reminders:

• Live specimens typically take about 5 business days to arrive after ordering.

• Plan on where you are in the lesson and be mindful of upcoming holidays or school breaks.

• After the lesson is complete, live specimens should be disposed of with care or may be kept as a class pet, if appropriate.

If you are unable to locate your coupon, please contact Kara directly for a replacement coupon at kara.parrabrown@sausd.us.

There are two options:  

• Call using the number found on the coupon -        1-800-962-2660 

• You can email the company- wardscs@avantorsciences.com please include:

•  your name

• address

• date you would like them to be delivered

•  the fulfillment number and redemption code.

• I suggest uploading your coupon as an attachment.
