The PBIS framework is an effective way to address highly disruptive behaviors that create barriers to learning and exclude students from school settings.
Some students need additional supports beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports. At Tier 3, these students receive more intensive, individualized support to improve their behavioral and academic outcomes.
