The SAUSD Improvement Network features Improvement Science as a framework, we provide cross-school and cross-district learning tailored to the context-specific needs of ATSI & CSI schools. This network will support school leadership in the following:
• Identify systemic needs and examine root causes/drivers that impact them
• Convene for virtual meetings on evidence-based practices, leadership, issues critical to improvement. Convenings include sharing with peers, as well as technical assistance and professional learning.
• Work with other school leaders in affinity groups based on needs and problems of practice, organized around the three student subgroups most associated with criteria: Students with Disabilities, Economically-Disadvantaged, and English Language Learners.
