About the Improvement Network
Within the network, we understand the pivotal role school administrators and leadership teams play in shaping educational landscapes and fostering conducive environments for student success. We are committed to equipping school leaders and teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively navigate the complexities of school improvment efforts.
This network serves as a supportive community where site teams can connect, collaborate, and share evidence-based practices that make a direct impact on positive change.
Join us on our mission to cultivate a community of empowered schools who are equipped to lead with confidence, inspire positive change, and drive student success.
The SAUSD Improvement Network features Improvement Science as a framework to guide site improvement efforts. This network of coach supported sites will:
-Help site admin and ILT teams identify systemic needs and examine root causes/drivers that impact them.
-Facilitate teams in using PDSA cycles of improvement to tackle problems of practice that impact student achievement.
-Convene 4 times a year as a network of schools to learn, collaborate, plan, and share outcomes across sites.
