Virtual Calming Room - Created by Student Services members at SPHS, this website includes a variety of strategies to try to manage big emotions.

LGBTQ+ RESOURCES:

LGBTQIA2S+ Resource Hub - The following resources provide a foundation for child welfare work with LGBTQIA2S+ children, youth, and family members. 

The Trevor Project - Offers crisis support, information on advocacy, education and research specific to the LGBTQ+ population.  Their mission is to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people.

Gender Spectrum - Resources for anything from information to challenging times as well as online groups for students and parents.
