Google Classroom:
Daily assignments (lessons and HW) will be posted in Google Classroom. I always post the answer keys for the notes. This will be helpful for studying or for when a student is absent. Student workbooks will remain in the classroom. Please check the answer keys for the notes in GC if you need help with HW or if you are studying.

Weekly Agenda:
The weekly agenda will be posted in the Google Classroom stream at the start of each week. This will include the homework assignments.
**The agenda can change at any time.
iReady Classroom:
Each student should have a 3-ring binder that will contain all math materials. Each student will receive the iReady workbook pages to put in their binder at the start of each unit. Be responsible - it is up to you, the student, to keep your binder neat and organized and to not lose your materials.
iReady Pathways:
iReady pathways are always an option for extra practice.
There may be times when iReady pathways are assigned for a grade.
Parents: When your child says that they don't have any homework - they can always work on their Math and ELA pathways!
Extra Help:
The days that I will be staying for extra help will be posted in the classroom weekly. These days will change week to week. My extra help is in room 606.
Grading:
All assignments are graded on a number system (tests, quizzes, homework, skill builders, activities, etc.)
HW will be assigned 1-3 times per week. HW will be checked or collected each time it is assigned.
Late work will be accepted but you will lose points based on how late the assignment was turned in
Grades will be posted in Google Classroom AND Infinite Campus and updated weekly.

Supplies:
Pencils/Erasers - Make sure you have a supply for the ENTIRE school year!!
Tissues
3-Ring Binder
Folder to keep at home (after each quarter we will empty out the material from the 3-ring binder and bring home to keep in their at-home folder)
Fully-charged Chromebook - brought to class daily (charger too!)
Each student will have a calculator that will remain in the classroom. It is helpful for them to have a scientific calculator at home to help with HW and studying
Headphones/earbuds for iReady pathways, Delta Math, etc.
Bathroom Passes:
The students are all given 3 bathroom passes to use during our class each quarter. Any unused bathroom passes will be extra credit at the end of the quarter.
Corrections:
Students can complete corrections on any assignment for 50% back. (ex. if you receive a 50% you can complete corrections and receive 25% back for a final grade of 75%).
Corrections can only be completed once on a single assignment. Take your time and do it right!
Corrections can be completed at home, on your own, with help, staying after, etc. I want you to learn from your mistakes - don't just guess!
All work must be shown on a separate sheet of paper or on the original assignment in different color ink (or highlighted). This includes True/False questions and Multiple Choice questions. Students MUST provide work and/or an explanation to get credit for the corrections.
Students should hand in the corrections and the original assignment for credit. DO NOT ERASE YOUR ORIGINAL WORK!
