  • Sit with your back straight and body relaxed resting your hands on your knees.

  • Breathe in naturally and silently say one in your mind. Then as you breathe out relax your forehead.

  • Breathe in naturally and silently say two in your mind. As you breathe out relax your neck and shoulders.

  • Breathe in naturally and silently say three in your mind. As you breathe out relax your arms and hands.

  • Breathe in naturally and silently say four in your mind. As you breathe out relax your abdomen.

  • Breathe in naturally and silently say five in your mind. As you breathe out relax your legs, feet and toes.

  • Repeat
