College & Career Boot Camp with your KHS School Counselors

Tuesday & Wednesday  - August 20th & 21st  - from 12:00pm-3:00pm in the KHS Library

This workshop is for incoming senior students.

Work force, military, gap year, trade school, 2 or 4-year college? Do you know what you need to get there?

We will get you all ready to apply. Students have said that this Boot Camp is ESSENTIAL to getting organized and ready to apply - whether you already have colleges in mind or need to figure it all out. 

Can't make the Boot Camp or need some more help after attending?  We are also offering 30 minute sessions on August 22nd either virtually or in-person. Parents are always welcome! Sign up for your time slot below:

This two day college admissions workshop includes: Applications, career & college exploration and SAT prep. Students will search for colleges and/or careers, create/finalize their college lists, fill out the Common App, learn about financial aid/FAFSA, CSS Profile and scholarship opportunities, start their college essay, and request letters of recommendation. 

Each student will learn what they need specifically for their post secondary plans!
