This bill requires school districts to provide advance notice to parents and legal guardians of course material involving discussion of human sexuality or human sexual education. Find more information here.  The Introduction to Lifetime Wellness course and Application of Lifetime Wellness course curriculums will cover course material involving discussion of human sexuality and human sexual education. 

This course is for students who have an interest in serving as a student leader and want to go beyond an initial course experience to continue to pursue one of the Physical Education Options at a more advanced level. Students who have demonstrated exemplary, responsible behavior throughout the school, as well as in the physical education setting, will be considered. Applicants should have a strong desire to work with their peers. Students interested must complete an application and interview with the intended teacher prior to enrollment.
