This is Teddy's animation of the ozone layer. This gif shows where there is ozone in our atmosphere per month. The ozone layer helps protect us from dangerous UV rays. These rays come from space, and thanks to the ozone layer, will stay in space. (mostly).
NASA NEO provided the data in 2019. This gif was made in 2020
This is a key to the gif above. This key shows the amount of dobson units in the ozone layer. The white shows about 100 units. But the dark blue shows more like 500 units.
