Location
New Hampshire is West of Maine, North Massachusetts and East of Vermont. The center of New Hampshire is roughly 44 degrees north. The Coordinates for New Hampshire is: 43.1939° N, 71.5724° W. New Hampshire is also about 140 miles away from Rhode Island and 270 miles from New York. Hopkinton is also North of Webster, East of Concord, South of Weare and West of Henniker. As well as, New Hampshire is both located in the northern and western hemispheres. Also bordered by Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine and the Atlantic Ocean, also the Canadian Province of Quebec. Being located in the northeastern region of the U.S.A.
Cultural Geography
Hopkinton is a small town with a population of 5670 people being a small town. Hopkinton is the type of town that is very hot during the summer and cold during the winter. In Hopkinton there are many small businesses, and multiple biking trails all over town. Hopkinton is full of stone walls. Here we also have two bridges called Rowell’s Covered Bridge and another covered bridge going over the Contoocook river. Hopkinton is a place where we have good food, small businesses and even a great skatepark which is used almost every day.

Hopkinton's coordinates are 43.1948° N, 71.6911° W. The town has a total of 45.2 square miles, of which 43.4 square miles are of land and the 1.8 square miles is water. Hopkinton is 3.95% made of water. the highest point of the town is Shaker Hill which is on the border of Henniker. Hopkinton has hills, ponds and also rivers. for example: The Contoocook River. Kimble Pond, Houston Fields and Stupefied Marsh. These are just a few, of the many places in Hopkinton.
