Hopkinton is located in New Hampshire. It is in the North Eastern part of the United States in an area called New England. Some towns that surround Hopkinton are Concord which is located to the east, Weare, Dunbarton and Bow are to the south of Hopkinton, Henniker and Hillsborough are located to the west, and Webster is located to the north. There is a birch tree that is located right next to the front entrance of HMHS. Its latitude and longitude is 43 degrees, 13’ 49.2” N and 71 degrees, 43’ 06.9 W.
There are lots of physical things that make Hopkinton special. A couple of those things are the Contoocook river, several hills, the four different seasons. Another thing is the diversity of different trees like maple, hemlock, oak, pine and many more.
There are many different things that make Hopkinton different from other towns. The rock walls everywhere, the sports teams, and the covered bridges are a couple things that describe Hopkinton. Also, there are many different farms located in Hopkinton. Some of the farms include Gould Hill Farm and Beech Hill Farm.
