At 60 degrees there is very low air pressure and so all the air rises and then splits. Half of the air goes to 30° South, and the other half goes the South Pole, where it sinks. And then it flows by the ground all the way back to 60° South and the process repeats.
The days are rainy
Stormy days are quite common
Still very rainy
Storms are aplenty
The wind circles all around
Endlessly flowing
