MG 60 degrees North

The wind blows in patterns all over the earth, and it does different things depending on where it is. For example, at 60 degrees North the wind warms up and rises to the edge of the troposphere.  It then splits into different directions and falls at 90 degrees North and  the equator and it eventually goes back to 60 degrees where it repeats the process.
