PSAT10/SAT TESTING
What is the PSAT10? The PSAT10 measures the same knowledge and skills students need for college in a way that makes sense for each grade level. It allows sophomores to:
Identify their academic strengths and weaknesses early in high school, when there is plenty of time to improve before college
Practice for taking the SAT as a junior or senior
Get a free, personalized SAT practice plan through the Official SAT Practice on Khan Academy
Opt-in to Student Search Service and connects them to over $300 million in scholarships
What is the SAT? The purpose of the SAT is to measure high school student's readiness for college, and to provide colleges with one common data point that can be used to compare all applications. However, not all colleges/universities require an SAT score to be accepted.
**The SAT School Day for the 2025-2026 will be announced in February 2026.**
All high school juniors will be able to take the SAT that day.
All high school sophomores will be able to take the PSAT10 that day.

ASVAB Testing
What is the ASVAB? The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) is an online, multiple aptitude test that measures the developed abilities students already have and helps predict areas of future academic and occupational successes.
It can be taken by anyone, even people who aren't interested in joining the military, and provides valuable information about a student's strengths and weaknesses. This can help identify and clarify potential career paths.
**The ASVAB for the 2025-2026 school year will be on December 10th, 2025.**
