This is my 4th year teaching at School Street School. Before I came to School Street, I worked as a Special Education assistant in Londonderry NH while working on my Masters Degree. I received my Masters degree from Rivier University in Specific Learning Disabilities. When I am not working at school, I enjoy being active and spending time outside. I am an avid runner. I have completed tons of 5k's, at least a dozen half marathons, and last fall I ran my 4th full marathon (26.2 miles!). This year I am excited to help coach our school Girls on the Run team for the Spring season.
We are going to have a fabulous year together! This year we are going to have many experiences to grow and learn together as a student and as a friend. We will learn many stories, do science experiments, learn about the history of New Hampshire, and expand our math skills. Our class will get to enhance our learning through the use of a class set of Chromebook computers. Fourth graders also have the special opportunity to participate in Chorus and Band during the school hours. As 4th graders at SSS we will spend some time getting ready for the big transition to 5th grade. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your family!
