Economics is a graduation requirement.
Students must pass all competencies in order to earn credit for the course.
Economics Students will understand that economic decisions are made through understanding the interactions between humans, governments, economic systems and both the national and global marketplaces.
Inquiry Design Students will work together and independently to research, present, and defend positions on societal issues. They will ask questions, gather evidence, and analyze ideas using social studies inquiry skills. By evaluating and synthesizing information from various sources, students will create and communicate strong, evidence-based arguments in writing and speech, leading to informed action.
