The Strategic Plan phase began in earnest in February 2024. Three focus areas were developed based on themes that emerged from the Portrait of a Graduate phase. 

1. Personalized Learning

2. Safe Learning Environment

3. Rigorous & Aligned PreK-12 Curriculum & Instruction

Each area became a subcommittee, with members who were recruited from across the district, each lead by a member of the District administration.
