This form is a requirement of senior check out!  Your personal email is required in case we need to contact you for anything having to do with scholarships or transcripts over the summer once your PHS email is shut off.  Please include an email you will check regularly.

If you are attending a 2 or 4 year school, the name of the school you are attending MUST be accurate on this form so we know where to send your final transcript.  Colleges REQUIRE us to send your final transcript to them as part of your enrollment at their school.

Celebration Graduation is an all-night, chemical-free celebration for graduating seniors from Portsmouth, Rye, Greenland, ​New Castle, and Newington. For over 35 years, PHS parents have been planning and hosting this event. Over 85% of the graduating class attend each year! This evening is presented to the seniors free of charge to provide an alternative to parties and other celebrations that might put our seniors at risk.

Seniors are invited to visit their elementary schools the morning of graduation in their cap and gown.  Each elementary school does something different to honor the seniors who started their Portsmouth School journey at their school and are now graduating!  

Did you take Dual Enrollment, Early College, or eStart courses while in high school?  Does the college you are attending accept transfer credits from those programs?  If yes, you need to request an OFFICIAL copy of your college transcript be sent to the college you are attending.

Welcome to the 2025 virtual Clipper Ship wall. Future plans will be posted once a week using the information on acceptances from Naviance and any info Mrs. Lind gets via email! Seniors update your Naviance accounts or email Mrs. Lind (military, gap year program acceptance, full time job, etc) so you can be included! The physical wall outside guidance will still be used in school - students are responsible for updating their boats.

Portsmouth High student emails are de-activated the August after they graduate from PHS.  Students who wish to move things saved on their Drive can use the directions below migrate their files to a personal account.

*A reminder that students should change the email on file for any website they have tied to their PHS email (Common App, College Board, etc.) in case they need access to materials in the future.

Any late payments for missing PHS materials have now been listed in Infinite Campus.  Please check your parent or student portal to ensure you don't owe money for any outstanding items (books, uniforms, Chromebook materials, etc).  Any fees are required to be paid to complete your senior clearance form on Tuesday and take part in graduation rehearsals.  Please pay online in advance of Tuesday afternoon (directions below).  If you find the missing item or would prefer to pay by check or cash, please bring that with you on Tuesday for senior clearance form sign out.
