If you fail to notify the SSM team that you are withdrawing from the event before April 11th, your payment is expected and cannot be refunded.
Application Process
Fill out and submit the google form or print this
Wait for the confirmation email indicating your approval.
Send payment ($45.00 for artisans and businesses, $20.00 for Portsmouth students and clubs) to the Portsmouth High School (50 Andrew Jarvis Dr, Portsmouth, NH 03801), addressed to Hannah Dul.
Create your products and await information updates.
Event Details
Date: May 11, 2024 (rain date May 18)
Set-up time: 9am - 10am
Operation Hours: 10am - 2pm
Take-down time: 2pm - 3pm
Space: One "spot" is 18 ft x 18 ft (vendors can purchase multiple if needed)
Location: 50 Andrew Jarvis Dr., Portsmouth, NH 03801
Setting: Outdoors
Materials: Tents allowed but not provided; limited tables available if needed
