After my 2 trips to Africa (Tanzania and Zimbabwe), I am endeavoring to grow, change, and add more to the curriculum. Therefore some of the unit plans are not completely finalized. I will add much more from what I learned on the Teacher Professional Development Trip to Zimbabwe in which we took a course on Cultural Awareness and Intercultural Competencies. I learned so many new lessons and activities that I am bringing to the course.

The Social Dilemma
One of the films that we watch in Sociology is a documentary called "The Social Dilemma". It is directly relevant as a social phenomena of today. The documentary tracks the change on society from 2010 regarding our depenendency and use of social media. You can click on the document to the left to see the assignment.
